Experience Range : 3-5 years of experience in outbound marketing, preferably in the real estate or coworking industry.
Preferred Qualifications:
- Master’s degree in Marketing, Business, or a related field
- Experience in SaaS, Co-working, Events or the Real Estate industry
- Strong understanding of SEO, SEM, and digital marketing best practices
- Experience with Zoho and Google Analytics

Role Summary :
BHIVE Workspace is looking for a highly motivated and dynamic Outbound Business Marketing Manager to join our team. The Outbound Business Marketing Manager will be responsible for driving new business growth and revenue through outbound marketing activities.

Key Deliverables :
- Strategy Development: Develop and execute a comprehensive outbound marketing strategy to generate leads and drive revenue growth.
- Lead Generation: Identify and engage potential clients through targeted research, networking, and lead generation campaigns.
- Content Creation: Create and manage content for outbound marketing campaigns, including email campaigns, social media posts, and other promotional materials.
- Sales Enablement: Develop sales enablement materials to support the sales team in their outbound marketing efforts.
- Performance Metrics: Track and analyze performance metrics for outbound marketing campaigns, and adjust strategy as needed to meet or exceed targets.
- Relationship Building: Build and maintain strong relationships with clients and other key stakeholders to foster long-term partnerships. Build relationships with key company leaders – Co-founders, HR Managers, TA to maximize business opportunities
- Collaborative Approach: Work closely with the internal teams, including sales and operations, to ensure successful marketing outcomes. Collaborate with the marketing team to develop targeted campaigns that reach the right audience at the right time with the right message
- Develop and implement outbound marketing campaigns to drive traffic, engagement, and leads
- Manage the lead funnel, from lead capture to qualification and conversion, delivering high-quality leads to the sales team
- Track and report the performance of campaigns, identifying opportunities to optimize and improve
- Stay up-to-date on industry trends and best practices to continually improve our demand-generation strategies
Key Competencies and skills:
- Proven track record of developing and executing successful outbound marketing campaigns
- Familiarity with marketing automation tools, CRM systems, other marketing technologies and email marketing best practices
- Develop and execute outbound marketing campaigns across channels including email, social media, and direct mail
- Collaborate with the sales team to align campaigns with sales objectives and ensure lead follow-up
- Analyze campaign performance and optimize campaigns to maximize ROI
- Work with the marketing team to develop and refine messaging and value propositions
- Stay up-to-date on industry trends and best practices to continuously improve our outbound marketing strategies
- Proven track record of driving lead generation and revenue growth through outbound marketing campaigns.
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to build relationships with stakeholders at all levels, Identify and target key decision makers within target accounts
- Ability to work independently and as part of a team, with a collaborative mindset.
- Strong organizational and project management skills, with the ability to manage multiple priorities and deadlines with acute attention to detail
- Willingness to travel as needed.
